Phase 1

Strategic Analysis & Planning

We start by analyzing your brand’s needs in terms of Quality, Quantity, and Price (Q.Q.P).
I provide recommendations and suggest ways to optimize production based on China’s vast manufacturing capabilities and market expertise.
Together, we select the best manufacturer who can meet and deliver on your Q.Q.P criteria, drawing from my network and previous experiences with trusted factories.

Phase 2

Sample Development & Perfection

I review or create a precise technical file to ensure no misunderstandings, aligning every detail with the factory’s requirements.
We develop your samples with minimal errors, saving time and avoiding unnecessary shipping costs.
Once the samples are finished, I meticulously analyze them so we can make informed decisions on how to proceed with production.

Production, Quality Control & Delivery

Additional options

Garment and Collection Design

The Done For You service includes creative guidance and strategic input to help you design new garments or collections that elevate your brand, boost sales, and enhance profit margins. If designing is needed pricing is customized based on the specific needs of each project.

Design of Technical files

The review of existing technical files is included in the “Done For You” service package. If technical files are missing or require significant updates, this service can be added to improve production efficiency and accuracy. Pricing typically averages around $100 per garment.

Model Fitting

The Done For You service includes sourcing an appropriate model and arranging an online fitting session. Please note that model fees are billed separately and typically range from $50 to $100 for a two-hour session, based on specific requirements.

Quality Control (QC)

The Done For You service includes a comprehensive report detailing recommended quality improvements, but does not cover QC inspection services. Many clients arrange for their own external QC providers; I can suggest a few reputable options if needed. Pricing averages $200 per day.

Sample Shipping Management

I offer support in managing the shipping of samples within China and internationally, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis.

To begin a partnership, an initial garment order of $5,000 is required beside the service. Following this, we establish a personalized contract to ensure our collaboration continues to save you time and money effectively.

My friend says i can use Alibaba and do it alone

You could, but it’s hard to know if you’re dealing with an actual factory, a private seller, or a trading company. Many trading companies in China present themselves as factories, and it can be challenging to verify until production is complete. In fact, when you go through a trading company, you are working with sales reps, not production experts, and you won’t have any direct contact with the factory. Trading companies add extra steps that can delay your production and increase the risk of costly mistakes.

I produced in Turkey before, so why will I not be able to do it in China

Each country has unique challenges in production—location, quality, cost, and cultural differences. Without a local office, ensuring a smooth process in China can be difficult.
